To make a plant, select the tool, click Create Buildings on the GUI, select Power/Nuclear Plant, and place it near the neon green brick. The first Power Plant, or Nuclear Plant, you make, should always be on the green brick right beside your command center.
The first thing you want to do when you start the round, is claim Power Plants. The objective of the game is to kill every building/unit your enemies have.
